PGD in HRM from Canada. Additionally, he holds various professional & memberships DAIBP(IBP), AAIBS(Jordan) & HRPAO(Canada). He served as senior executive at IDBP, Saudi Pak, Security Investment Bank & as a Provincial Chief at Prime Com. Bank. His expertise spans Corporate, Investment & Commercial Banking, Credits & Risk Assets Management, Strategic Planning & Compliance & Corporate Law. Previously, he remained Director at several companies including Mian Textile Mills, Lafayette Pvt. Ltd & Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited

Mr. NIAZ KHAN TORU
Mr. Niaz Ahmed Khan holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Engineering & Technology, Peshawar, and an MBA. He has over a decade of senior-level experience in commercial banking and previously worked as a Civil Engineer with GAMMONs Pak Limited on various local and international projects. He served as Chairman of Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited and is currently CEO of KOTA Developers & Planners. His expertise includes corporate governance, strategic planning, and financial management. He has also successfully completed the Directors’ Training Program by ICAP, focused on Corporate Governance and Board Best Practices, in line with SECP’s Code of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Sheikh Aftab
Sheikh Aftab Ahmad holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from prestigious institutions. Besides being a Britannia Chevening Scholar, he also holds Diploma in Banking with distinction, from Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. He is a PlCG certified director and his name is available on the list of Independent directors of PICG. His distinguished banking career includes serving at senior positions in a Development Finance Institution, an Islamic Commercial Bank and a Joint Venture Finance Company. He also enjoys excellent skills for rehabilitation / revival of sick/nonviable companies. During last about thirty years he has served on the Boards of several listed/non listed companies as well as an insurance company and a real estate company.

Ms. PARVEEN MALIK
Ms. Parveen Akhter Malik holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Quaid-e-Azam University and completed MBA courses through the American Management Association in finance, strategic planning, marketing, HR, and leadership. She served Saudi Pak Investment Company Ltd for 37 years, including as Executive Vice President and CEO of its subsidiaries: Saudi Pak Real Estate Ltd and Saudi Pak Insurance Company Ltd. She has represented Saudi Pak on numerous boards, including quoted companies such as Nimir Industrial Chemicals Ltd, Prosperity Weaving Mills Ltd, and Apna Microfinance Bank Ltd. In 2007, she received the “Woman Banker of the Year” award by Triple E Karachi for her excellence in banking.

Ms. LUBNA FAROOQ
Ms. Lubna Farooq is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in management, enterprise development, capacity building, and donor relations. She has held leadership roles in USAID projects, the US Department of Justice, and NGOs, focusing on community empowerment, especially in conflict zones. Lubna is the founding member of WE-NET and runs multiple ventures promoting culture, tourism, and women entrepreneurship. She has executed high-impact training, strategic planning, and public-private partnerships. Her academic background includes a law and political science degree. She has contributed to numerous boards, led major cultural and development initiatives, and maintains a strong global and grassroots network for social and economic transformation.

Mr. NAYYAR ILYAS
Mr. Nayyar Alam Ilyas Executive Director & Head of SAM & Legal at Saudi Pak Consultancy Company Limited, Mr. Ilyas is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, development banking, and corporate finance. He has served in key roles, including CEO and Director of a leading leasing company, and provided advisory services to foundations and NGOs. He holds an MBA from the USA, B.Com (Honors) from Punjab University, and a banking diploma from IBP. His expertise includes investment advisory, project evaluation, credit risk, corporate finance, leasing, and team leadership. He has also attended prestigious training programs both locally and internationally.

Mr. MUHAMMAD NAEEM KHAN
Muhammad Naeem Khan, with a B.Com from the University of Peshawar, an M.B.A from Iqra University Karachi, and affiliations with the Institute of Bankers Pakistan, Chartered Institute of Bankers in London, and Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. He served United Bank Limited for over 25 years, including managerial roles in Bahrain. His tenure at SME Bank involved significant development initiatives in Peshawar. He then joined Albaraka Bank before assuming positions at MediSino (Pvt) Ltd and Z. Jan Associates (Pvt) Ltd, focusing on pharmaceutical trading and investment activities, including hygiene product manufacturing in DHA Islamabad.
