Job Requirements:
Processing Expense request for the accountant to approve.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Controlling Credit and Chasing Debit.
The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy with financial regulations.
Maintain and update financial records.
Receive payments from customers in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted methods.

Maintain precise and current financial records of sales, purchases and expenses.
Handling and resolving customer complaints by coordinating with the team members.
Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Sales Tax filing & WH Tax filing.
Responsibilities may include reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and supporting senior accountants in various accounting activities.
As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and reports.
Experience: At least 1 Year in the similar position.
Preparation of payments of Vendors;
Proven experience as an accountant(minimum 3 years).
Conducting financial analysis and preparing reports.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Review / Prepare Sales/Purchase Invoices.
Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding payments.
Review payment in the context of appropriate withholding.
